He is survived by: his mother Judy F. Stewart; his stepparents, Billy Yauger and Diana Saddler; his child Devon M. Worthington (Stewart); his godchildren, Dylan Satzger, Tyler Satzger, Haylie Satzger, Angel Cook, Steve Cook III and Emily Hibbs; his sisters, Ann Satzger, Tonya Hibbs, Samantha Shaffer, Cynthia Cook and Glenda Quarels; his brothers-in-law, James Satzger Jr. Steve Cook Jr., Jeffrey Shaffer, Bryant Quarels and Lonnie Hibbs; and his stepsiblings, Danette Saddler, Louanne Shelton and Teddy Saddler. He is also survived by 11 nephews, and 4 great-nieces and nephews.
