She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Sanders; her granddaughter Elizabeth; her parents, John Yount and Thelma Yount; and her sister Wanda Hicks.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Wagel (Dave), Beverly Hall (late Doug) and Melvin Sanders, Jr. (Kelly); her grandchildren, David (Jade), Gloria (Andy), Christina, John (Jenna), Kristen (Bryan), Morgan (Scott), Kortney (Drew) and Maranda (Matthew); her siblings, John Yount (Gail), Jack Yount (Mary), Paul Yount (Dee), Myrtle Yount, Brenda Tomlin (Tim), Ronnie Yount (Karen), Hobart Yount, Betty Tucheske (Al) and Jerry Yount; and her sister-in-law Annette Yount. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
