She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Violet Boehmer and Charles Boehmer; her husband Dr. Joseph Casper; her children, Talla of Cincinnati, Tana of Cincinnati and Joseph of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Erinlee Stiffler of Cincinnati, Alex Lloyd of Cincinnati and Dr. Joseph Casper III (JC) of Point Pleasant, WV.; her grandson-in-law Albert Lloyd; her great grandchildren, Sadie and Violet Lloyd; Lisa. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and family.
