He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Carroll Blaney; his parents, Harry E. Blaney and Marcella Blaney; his brother Donald J. Blaney, MD; and his sister-in-law Ellen Marx.
He is survived by: his children, Jerri M. Blaney (Bruce Schmitt), Debbie A. Blaney (Jon Walker, MD), Michael C. Blaney (Susan Blaney, MD), Lyn B. Jevicky and Brian H. Blaney (Shelby Precourt); and his grandson Matthew Carroll Blaney.
