He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Amend; his children, Timothy Amend (Traci), Todd Amend (Lori), Tamara Amend, Troy Amend (Neila) and Tina Schoolcraft (Eric); his grandchildren, Samantha Briggs (Ari), Zachary Amend, Trae Amend (Kathryn), Rylan Amend, Brooklyn Amend, Stella Amend, Isaac Da Cunha and Luanna Da Cunha; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Blakely Briggs; his siblings, Jeanette Koucky (Dave), Marilyn Holder (Jim) and Don Amend; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Seitz and Nancy Seitz. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Visitation Church (3172 South Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery-W 8th (3819 W 8th St, Cincinnati, OH 45205).
