He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gilligan and Pearl Gilligan; his wife Carol Gilligan; and his son-in-law Terry Abaray. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Sadler (Gary) and Janet Abaray (late Terry); his brother John Howard Gilligan (Millie); his grandchildren, Michael Sadler (Leah), Daniel Sadler (Jessica), Julie McCullough (Kent) and John Abaray (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Eddie, Luke Abaray, Jackson, Kellen McCullough and Ruby Sadler.
