She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Carter Rapier; her daughter Kimberly Penzes; her grandchildren, Erica Reid (Daniel), Ryan Garwood (Jenny) and Bradley Garwood; and her great grandchildren, Fiona Garwood, James Garwood, Rustin Garwood and Kayleigh Garwood.
