It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen G Ratliff of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Armentis Watkins and Helen; and her husband Billy Joe Ratliff. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Ratliff (Debby) of Union Township, Terry Ratliff (Caroline) of Batavia, Steve Ratliff (Sherry) of Felicity, Billie Jean Sampson (Ron) of Union Township and Cynthia Rider (Jerry) of Union Township, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous grand children, great grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
