She is survived by: her husband Louis Gilbert; her children, Bryan Gilbert (Lisa), Catherine Shafer (Danny) and Tony Gilbert (Diana); her grandchildren, Amanda Shafer and Rob Diers (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Lily Diers, Olivia Diers and Hudson Diers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
