She was predeceased by: her father Ernest; her brother Ernest H. Wiedemann of Dayton, OH.; her husband James J. Caruso; her son Kevin J. Caruso; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Caruso (Formosa).
She is survived by: her children, Karen A. Caruso, Michael R. Caruso (Joan), Steven J. Caruso (Pat) and James S. Caruso (Katie); and her great grandchildren, David (Meg), Maria, Nicole (David), Alexander, Nicolas, Andrew, Audrey, Elena, Melissa (Jamiel), James, Christina (Mark), Tim (Melissa), Stephanie and Nick. She is also survived by grandchildren (spouse).
