He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Andrew Stafford, Sr. and Emilie Gibson Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Mascaro; his daughters, Cheryl (Steve) and Emilie (Deb); and his stepchildren, Christopher (Sarah), Timothy (Nancy) and Lauren (Peter).
