She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Neeley and Lucy Neeley; her sister Loretta Charles (John); and her nieces and nephews, Darlene Kay, Dwayne, Lonny Ray, Carl Michael and Lucinda Jean Charles.
She is survived by: her niece Debra Pilot (Charles) of Cincinnati; her nephew Robert A. Charles (Joan); and her daughter Imogene.
