It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Douglas Berner of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Berner and Mildred M Berner; his sister Joan Denton; and his half-siblings, John Berner and Evelyn Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Berner (Spinks); his daughter Alycia Cassini (Gabe); and his grandchildren, Ava and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Timothys Episcopal Church in Cincinnati, Ohio or the Central Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimers Association.
