He was predeceased by: his wife Myra J. Hendy (Nee Franke); his grandchild Christian; and his siblings, Maryann Dotterman (Carl) and William Hendy (Cleo). He is survived by: his children, Jack H. Hendy Jr., James M. Hendy (Kathleen), Lynne M. Van Benschoten (Nicholas Sr.), Robert J. Hendy (Laura) and Joan S. Powers (Jerry); his grandchildren, James (Samina), Katherine (Daniel), Madelyn Grace, Dr. Nicholas Jr., Adrienne, Caroline, Johnathon, Zachary, Riley, Lauren and Victoria; his great grandchild Harrison; and his brother Neal P. Hendy (Joyce). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
