She is survived by: her husband David Perry; her siblings, Saul, Terry Riley and Amy Gervacio; her siblings' children, Michael, Matthew, Dustin, Logan, Gregory, Landon, Cayleb, Matthew Jr., Nikolai, Noah, Ameleo, Braxton, Remington, Harvey, Maria, Alyssa, Olivia, Rose, Everlina, Isabella and Lillian; and her parents, Clyde and Ruby. She is also survived by her husband, her family, her friends.
When Jacque was not working she was volunteering herself and for many years put together a fundraising variety show to raise money and awareness for leukemia and donated bone marrow herself.
