As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Biltz; and his children, David (Sheila), Tom (Cindy) and Emily (Scott Kunkel). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul United Methodist Church (8221 Miami Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45243). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
