He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scott and Mary Scott; his wife Suzanne Scott; his great grandchild Kingsley Bowling of Arizona; and his siblings, William Scott, Albert Scott, Robert Scott, Marie O'Day, Bertha Reis and Nancy Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra King (Marc) and James B. Scott, Jr. (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Michelle Schmitt (Jeff), Elizabeth Hagedorn (Jake), Stephanie King (Nick Bowling), James Scott III (Sara) and Andrew Scott; his great grandchildren, Katlyn, Tyler, Chloe, Isaac, Isabel, Isla, Asher, Cheyanne, Wyatt, James IV, Corinne, Larky and Vestina; and his brother-in-law Robert Hasse (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A reception will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
