He was predeceased by: his brother Ken Buzek. He is survived by: his sons, Tim (Linda) and Michael Buzek; his grandchildren, Courtney and Chris; his great grandchildren, Serenity and Chris Jr. Dear; and his siblings, Mary Claire Vornhagen (late Bill), Lois Ann Keller (late Jack), Barbara Leshney (John), Kathleen Buzek and David Buzek. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
