He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Virginia Collins. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Amy (Kevin Ward) and Jimmy (Codi Jaeger); his grandchildren, K. C. Ward, Landon Ward and Caroline Ward; and his brother Mike Collins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Radel Funeral Home (650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of Victory Church (808 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233).
