He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll E. Douglas and Maxine Ridenhour Douglas; and his brother Michael L. Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Betty Louise Roy; his daughter Dianna Schuster (Randy); his sister Diane Stewart (Mark); his grandchildren, Sarah M. Crawford (Todd) and Robert J. Schuster (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Carter Maxwell Crawford, Madeline Virginia Crawford, Baron Douglas Schuster and Emerson Elizabeth Schuster. He is also survived by many cousins, a niece, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church (681 Mt Moriah Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
