He is survived by: his children, Micheal Duggins, Timothy Duggins (Christine) and Kari Cecil (Melinda); his grandchildren, Johnathan Schneeman, Andrew Schneeman, Tristan Duggins, Elise Mitchell and Lauren Lawrence; his great grandchildren, Vivianne Rose Mitchell and Kinsley James Mitchell; and his sisters, Lorraine VanSlaars and Jackie Patterson.
