It is with sadness that the passing of James Edward Chalfant of Cincinnati, Ohio is shared. James Edward, born on September 26, 1960, passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clark and Bobbie Jean Butler Chalfant; and his siblings, Norma Jean Reeves, Ernest Chalfant and Andy Chalfant.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Massey Chalfant; his children, Angela Massey, James Chalfant Jr. (Jennifer), Natisha Noble (Chuck) and Ernest Clark Massey; his sisters, Patricia Thacker, Jane Brandenburg and Linda Temke; his grandchildren, Kayla, Cheyann, Courtney, Dallas, Peyton, Logan, Lillian, Olivia, Dakota and Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Devin, Ella, Brooklyn, Julian and Deluca. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodhead Funeral Homes, Memorials & Cremation Service - Falmouth (310 W Shelby St, Falmouth, KY 41040). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
