He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hackett (Nee Bartolt); his children, Adrienne Allotta (John), Molly Hackett and Kevin Hackett; his grandchildren, Jackson, Harper and Beatrice; and his siblings, Maureen Keeley (Fred) and Thomas Berkley Hackett (late Ann). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
