With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James N. Okura (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Frank M. Okura. He is survived by: his wife Aileen Rivera; his daughters, Dolly and Yuki; his grandchildren, Fernando, Edan and Abby; his mother Mary Joan; and his siblings, William, Don, Michael, Greg and Theresa.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), at heroes.vfw.org.
