He was predeceased by: his son Steven Stross (Sandy); and his siblings, Jack Stross (Nancy) and Carolyn Herrmann (late Cliff). He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Trudy" Stross; his children, Joseph Stross, Jean Nickless (Paul) and Janice Harden; his grandchildren, Matt, Zack, Jessi Stross, Emily and Jennifer Harden; his great grandchild Marnie Harden; and his sisters, Marian Jones (late Forrest), Phyllis Mink (late Donald) and Linda Price (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
