He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman C. Ragland and Delora Ragland; his wife Betty Ragland; and his siblings, Alma Heron, Joe, George, Johnny, William and Eugene.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Ragland, Sherri Ragland Burton (Phil) and Jeffrey Scott Ragland (Angela); and his sister Christine Ragland Roberts. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
