He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Thelma Randall; his children, Carolyn Alexander (Terry), Sheila Kelsey and James Randall, Jr. (Myunghee); his grandchildren, Shawn, Kyle Kelsey, Cristy Grady (Justin), John, William and Jada Randall; and his siblings, Clifford Randall (Phyllis), Glinda McKinney (late Albert), Robert, Geneva, Doris and Bernard. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
