He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Connolly and Nancy Mayberry Austin; and his grandmother Flossie Cook Mayberry. He is survived by: his children, Emma, Kensley and Aven; his brother Bert Connolly; his stepfather Larry Austin; his aunt Wanda Whitley; and his cousins, Shana, Alex and Jo-Be Whitley (Tiffany Bush).
