She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence M. Schehl; her parents, Stephen Polewski and Lillian Polewski (Nee Wiegele); and her siblings, Ruth "Boots" Cullen (James) and Robert Polewski (Annetta).
She is survived by: her daughters, Barb Schehl, Patti Barnes (Barney), Janie Schaefer (Thomas) and Susan Schiller (Michael); her grandchildren, Jennifer McKinney (Cameron), Jeffrey Schiller (Priya Raghavan), Jacqueline Feltner (James), Scott Schaefer (Sherri), Dan Schaefer (Bruce Sprague), Andrew Schaefer (Kristina), Nicholas Schaefer (Marissa), Jonathan Barnes (Sarah), Matthew Barnes (Kate Weinberger) and Stephanie Jackson (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Connor, Jacob Barnes, Weston, Whitman Felter, Kimari Lowery, Elliott, Cole, Oliver McKinney, Clare Schaefer, Caden, Quinn Schaefer, Astrid Schaefer and Jaanaki Schiller.
