She was predeceased by: her husband David; and her son Mark. She is survived by: her children, Sherron (Sam Winer), Steve (Mary Jo) and Greg; her sister Donna Burson; and her grandchildren, Adam, Tess, Jody, Janice, Stephen, Renee and Andrew.

In place of flowers, the family requests that donations to the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden or the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library be considered.
