She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Ratliff and Elizabeth Ratliff; and her aunts, Virginia and Margaret. She is survived by: her husband Ike; her sons, James, Troy (Tanya) and Mark (Iza); her grandsons, Noah, Mitchell, Marcus and Joshua; and her siblings, Fred Mitchell (Louella), Ronnie Ratliff, Preston Ratliff (Connie) and Kathy Blackwell (Demetrius).
It was especially difficult for her during COVID, to not hug and kiss her loved ones.
