It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Frederick Shullman (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Florence Mae and Gilbert Shullman; and his sons, Ralph Honeycutt and Mark "Bubby" Blackburn Jr..
