He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Johnson and Laura Johnson (Conrad); his wife Mary "Jeanne" Johnson (Tehan); his siblings, Ralph Johnson (Louise), Helen Moon (Jim) and Susan Connelly (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Deters (Don) and Pat Tehan.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Daniel Johnson (Margo), Kevin Johnson, Brian Johnson, Jayne McAfee (Jack) and Suzanne Warner (Jeff); his grandchildren, Erin Louis (Mike), Patrick McAfee, Brendan Johnson, Claire Greenfield (Dan), Kyle Johnson, Eleanor Elias (Jordan) and Ryan Johnson (Mary); and his great grandchild George McAfee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
