She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Honebink and Marilyn Honebink. She is survived by: her husband Paul Jahn; her children, Shelly Jahn Holbrook (Jon Holbrook) and Jimmy Jahn (Brittany Murphy); her grandchild Theo Holbrook; her siblings, Terri Grein (Joe Grein), Tina Volz (Gary Volz), Tom Honebrink (Terry Honebrink) and John Honebrink (Kim Kohorst); her brothers-in-law, Jim Jahn and Dave Jahn (Debbie Jahn); and her close friend Debbi Edwards. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Freestore Food Bank in Jayne's honor.
