She is survived by: her children, Debbie Farnsley (late Harry), Barbara Hollingsworth (late James), Otis Dick (Debbie) and Danie Smith (Beverly); her grandchildren, Tammie Leisgang (Patrick Sandusky), Jeffrey Dick (Sugar), Scott Farnsley (Christina), Tiffany Rauen (Brian), Rebecca Dick, Lacie Farnsley (Jason) and Steven Smith (Elizabeth); her great-nephews, Troy (Brittany), Paul and Joe; Cheyene, Claire, DeJay and Jeremy.
