He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Condit and Helena Condit (Walsh); and his brothers, Jim Condit Sr., Jack Condit, Jerry Condit and Joe Condit.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Riddle Condit; his daughter Valerie; his son-in-law Zach Rogers; his son Jeffrey M. Condit; his grandchildren, Ryann, Xavier Rogers (Valerie), Lyndon, Ainsley and Oliver Condit (Jeffrey); and his sisters, Joan Neuhaus, Janice Kennedy, Jeannine Kandrak (Mike) and Judy Condit (Jack Peltz). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (3155 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211). A reception was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
