Jeffrey L. Horner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey L. Horner of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jack L. Horner. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Horner; his children, Jonathan Horner (Holly), Haley Minich (Nick), Michael Horner (Emily) and Jeffrey J. Horner; his grandsons, Oliver Horner and Myles Minich; his siblings, Jill Greene (Darren) and Jack Horner; and his significant other Paige. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and numerous other relatives.
