He was predeceased by: his child Lindsey E. Gauggel; and his parents, Edwin Gauggel and Muriel Gauggel. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Gauggel; his sons, Andrew W. Gauggel (Lindsey) and Christopher E. Gauggel (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Hunter and Phoebe; his siblings, Edwin Gauggel Jr. (Dorothy), Gregory Gauggel (Deborah), Richard Gauggel (Linda) and Cheryl Lambert (Robert); his parents-in-law, William and Patricia Wiebold; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Martis (Dino), Scott Wiebold (Amy) and Amanda Burke (William). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
