He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his children, Tina, Renee, Nicholas Licht and Raymond McMullen; his great grandchild Calianna Griggs; and his parents, Nicholas Licht (Marie) and Ileana Humphrey (Clinton).

He is survived by: his children, Danielle Billings (Dustin Brooks), Jessica Castellini (Nick), Ralph McMullen (Tammy), Rhonda Schenck (Jeremy) and Dorothy McMullen; and his brothers, Jim Angel (Brigette Gilligan) and Jason Humphrey (Erin).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Licht Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o any First Financial Bank.
