She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Russell; her son Tim Russell; her parents, Alvin Aastrup (Ardeth Aastrup) and Ardeth Aastrup; and her brother Jerry Aastrup.

She is survived by: her son Jeff (Juli); her daughter-in-law Molly; her grandchildren, Charlie, Ellie, Max and Olivia Russell; her sibling Sibyl Jorgensen (Jim); her sister-in-law Jan Russell; and her nieces, Megan and Mariah Jorgensen. She is also survived by neighbors and friends.
