He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dowling and Ruth Dowling; his sister Colleen Dowling (Dik Futamachi); and his sister-in-law Kathy Stenger (Vic). He is survived by: his wife Carol Dowling; his daughter Christine Biehl (Terry); his grandchildren, Erin and Sarah Biehl; his brother Tim Dowling (Roberta); and his brothers-in-law, Ed Bierman (Nancy) and Michael. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
