He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Charles (Esther Alexander); his parents, Charles Alexander and Esther Alexander; and his daughter Kelley Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Alexander; his son Jeffrey H. Alexander; his daughter-in-law Monica; and his granddaughter Ava Alexander. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
