He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Elaine Williams; and his parents, Robert Williams and Serena Williams. He is survived by: his children, Richard Todd Williams, Robert Timothy Williams (Judith) and Tama Rae Zurlinden (Norb); his grandchildren, Sarah (Danny), Jon (Kaylen), Allison, Andrew (Erin), Ben (Michaela), Katie (Chelsea), Regina, Robert, Joe (Andrea), Jerry, Michael and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Presley, Mia, Avery, Harlowe, Sutton, Rylie, Xander and Macie; and his sibling Payne Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
