He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sue Otten Churchill; his children, Jennifer Heater (Jeremy) and Jamie Begley (Steve); his grandchildren, Caleb and Haley Heater; his siblings-in-law, Tom, Bonnie Otten, Pat, Joe Moellers, Jim, Mary Otten, Linda, Peter Theobald, Nancy Patterson, Bob, Peg Otten, Bill and Mimi Otten; his brothers, Harry Casey (Barb) and Phil Churchill (Mary); his friend Joan Luckett; and his family Jim. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
