He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Smith and Juanita Young. He is survived by: his wife Gilda Branson Young; his son Michael Ryan Young (Sara Koenig Young); his brother-in-law Donald Branson (Chris); his nephews, Andrew Branson and Jonathan Branson; and his cousins, Craig McClung (Vicki) and Richard Branson (Patty).
