He is survived by: his wife Pamela J Dixon; his children, Kelly Dixon, Chris Dixon (Tessa) and Greg Dixon; his grandchildren, Baylie Dixon and Jack Dixon; and his sister Sheila Dixon-Young. He is also survived by family members and friends.
