He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grace Howell and Bob Parker; his children, Derek Johnson, Johnny Parker Jr. (Emily) and Nikki Parker; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Alivia Parker; his siblings, Robert Howell (Karen), Debbie Howell Hutchinson and Margaret Howell; his aunt JoAnn Montesi (John); and his cousins, Tommy (Karen), Tiffany, Joey McNeilan and Johnny Montesi. He was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
