He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Bundschuh; and his brother-in-law Jack Witt (Diane). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Meredith Milbourn (Mike) and John Ameling; his grandchildren, Grady, Gracie, Casey Fultz, Annie, MacKenzie and Max Milbourn; his sister Lorelei Zenk (Bill); and his sisters-in-law, Becky Larkins (Dave), Nancy Gonnella, Sue Lowe (Tom) and Peggy Finch (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
