He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Meyer, MD. He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Meyer (Himmelmann); his children, Melissa Hoyt, Melynda Barr (Bryan), Jennifer Meyer, Martha Wagner (Douglas) of Mark Meyer, MD and Matthew Meyer (Christina); and his grandchildren, Kelly, Maxx, Beck, Victor, Grace, John, Ava, Jude and Jonah.
