He was predeceased by: his wife Trish. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Kerry) and Kimberly (Josh Shane); his granddaughters, Morgan and Madeline (Shane); his brother Don (Wanda); his nieces, Tori and Kari Martindell; and his former spouse Pat.
